Our immigration department offers competitive rates for advice and representation. Indicative fees are shown below. All fees below are exclusive of VAT. We will discuss with you during our initial appointment whether your status means that VAT will be payable.

All costs exclude disbursements. In normal circumstances, disbursements usually cover the costs of photocopying of documentation, postal costs of applications, travel costs, and using interpreters for appointments or translations as appropriate and required. These costs are normally under £100. We will try to agree on disbursements in advance and provide an indication of what these are likely to be. We will also inform you should there be any additional costs before these are incurred.

We would usually prefer to use a fixed fee structure for our services, but in some instances, it may be necessary to work on an hourly rate. If this is the case, we will use the rates below.

VAT Rules
Our fees are quoted both inclusive and exclusive of VAT as not all clients are required to pay VAT. This depends on their immigration status, and we will advise you before any payment is agreed upon based on your current immigration status. Whether or not you, as an individual client, would need to pay VAT will be clarified beforehand. Some fees in the table are marked as N/A as no individual making this specific application would be subject to VAT.
